PTI designed the TaskMaster Central Office Module specifically for the needs of Property Management firms and REIT’s that control multiple self-storage facilities. This software module consolidates data from multiple locations at the corporate headquarters to allow customers to manage their company.
The flexible Central Office Module receives data from each facility and provides the information companies need to increase profitability. These comprehensive reports include status by individual location, local, regional or national territories. Customers can determine the successes of local or regional marketing campaigns evaluate and test various revenue management formulas to determine the ideal mix for each region. Gather historical data from each territory to understand regional occupancy trends. This data allows property owners to make decisions based on real data and identify problems as they occur.
Central Office also consolidates corporate and regional financial data to assist in evaluating overall performance and trends. This data comes directly from the TaskMaster software at each facility to provide up to the minute status via an Internet based VPN.
